Policy & Terms: Studio A

 

*A session deposit / retainer is required when booking your recording session and will be refunded or deducted from bill after project is finished. If you will be recording over a period of days or continuing in the near future we can keep a deposit on file and you pay for each session at the end of the day. Deposit must be received minimum one week before session date if you do not already have a deposit on file. We recommend booking as far in advance as you can to be sure the date is available. There is no confirmation without a deposit.

*Should it become necessary for you to cancel a session, let us know at least 48 hours in advance of the time you were booked to come in (not including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), and we will gladly reschedule the session or refund your deposit. It is virtually impossible for the studio to rebook the time or accept another call on short notice for a scheduled recording session. Furthermore there is no way to reimburse time spent in preparation for your recording session so failure to appear for a session without proper notice as described here will result in the loss of your deposit as compensation.

*Payment is due at the end of that day's recording session unless prior arrangements have been made. Any previous balance due shall be paid prior to the start of any recording session.

*Studio time starts at the time the session is scheduled for.

*A two-hour minimum charge is required for any session with a client and a one-hour minimum charge when a client is not present.

*All master tapes, CDs, Hard Drives, and copies shall remain in the possession of Rose Studios until full payment of balance is received.

*Rose Studios is not responsible for copyright, royalties or any claims applicable to any work done in any way for client. This is the responsibility of the client.

*An adult must supervise young children at all times.

*Rose Studios reserves the right to refuse service on any project. Ex: pornographic lyrics, profanity, improper conduct, etc...

*No drugs or alcohol on premises.

*We will exercise care in the handling and storage of all client properties left or stored on our premises. However, we cannot assume any liability, obligation, or responsibility for loss or damage to any such properties. Client's tape(s) or other properties will be stored at client's risk.
